  • During a national shortage of bus drivers we have been able to provide all of our students, who qualify, a seat on the bus.

  • Continued to support the District programs while staying within the 2% CAP.

  • In The 2022/23 school year our charter school costs are $20 million. This is $20 million that is diverted from our programming. Although the charters might not have the students from our district that they initially projected, we still have to allocate that amount. Unspent funds from the charters cannot go back into programming. 

 

  • Completed all of the referendum projects.

  • After acquiring the Board Administrative Complex (property formerly known as Consalata Missionary) from a land swap with the Township, we have completed renovating the buildings that hadn’t been used in many years. We were able to provide large and small meeting space, presentation space, counseling space, and even a makerspace. 

 

  • Sold land to the Township Library near Franklin Park School so they can create a satellite library for the southern part of town. Having a library next to a school is a win for the school.
